After payment, you will receive a link to schedule your session at a mutually convenient time. Sessions are delivered online via Google Meet. Any written summary provided after a session is for your personal educational use.
You may reschedule a booked session free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice by emailing us. If you miss a scheduled session without notice, we will offer one goodwill rescheduling. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for refunds.
